Head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Paa Kwasi Fabin, has bitterly lamented about the attitude of his players in his side’s 1-0 defeat against Dreams FC on Sunday.
The match-day seven fixture was a top liner for the week, as substitute George Dwabeng last-gasp strike to ensure Dreams secured all three points against their counterparts.
In a post match interview, Fabin claimed they should have won the game hands down but his players during the late stages of the game were tactically indiscipline which led to the eventual defeat.
“This was a match we should have won hands down, but I don’t know what happened, in the last minute we conceded a very silly goal and lost,’’ Fabin said.
‘’We were probing for goals except that [Kotoko players] stopped doing what I asked them to do. I asked them to keep pushing and trying but it got a point they relaxed, I can’t explain that.’’
Kotoko occupy the seventh spot on the league log with 10 points and will face off against Berekum Chelsea on match-day eight of the Ghana Premier League.
