Black Stars defender, Abdul Baba Rahman is set to miss the rest of the Ghana’s games in the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Gabon.
Baba picked an injury in the Black Stars game against the Cranes of Uganda in the opening match of group D in Port –Gentil Stadium yesterday afternoon.
But the on loan Chelsea player traveled in the company of the Black Stars medical team to Libreville on Wednesday morning for proper medical checks to determine the extent of the injury.

It will be recalled that the Black Stars player could not complete the full trot during the Black Stars Group D opening match win over Uganda.
Due to unavailability of MRI facilities in Port Gentil, the Black Stars player had to travel to Libreville for the tests to be carried out.
Rahman left the field on a stretcher after falling awkwardly before half-time in the game which the Black Stars won by a goal to nil via a spot-kick which was expertly converted by Andre Ayew.
