Asante Kotoko apologize to fans after defeat to Dreams FC

Management of Asante Kotoko have apologized to their supporters after their defeat to Dreams FC on matchday 7 at the Theater of Dreams in Dawu on Sunday.

The game ended 1-0 with  George Dwubeng scoring the only goal of the game to secure the three maximum points for the Still Believe club.

Asante Kotoko have dropped to the 7th position on the league log after this defeat.

The statement released on the team’s official twitter handle read,

“Apologise to our fans, we had a good game and dominated large portions. Unable to convert and we were punished at the very end. Not the result we should be taking away but everybody here is gutted”, a statement from Asante Kotoko’s official twitter handle read after the defeat.
