Aduana Stars coach Yusif Abubakar has exploded with venom, accusing his compatriot Frank Nuttal of Hearts of Oak of drinking alcohol before coming into the dug-out to lead his charges.
This follows a burst up between both men on the touchline during their week 26 premier league encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium which ended in a 3-3 draw.
Coach Abubakar explained he can’t imagine how the Scottish trainer will behave the way he does if not under the influence of alcohol.
“The management of Hearts of Oak should let the man know that the club is a respectable club and bigger the than him. Coaches who are far better than him have handled Hearts of Oak so he should be discipline on the touchline. He shouldn’t spoil the name of Hearts of Oak because it could have been nastier yesterday. He needs to know that we are also licensed coaches. We cannot go to his town and do that,” Abubakar criticized.
“He only drinks and come and stand and do that. If he drinks intentionally then he should stop the drinking (before going for games). Even if you drink you can’t behave like that on the touchline with your senses working, and you do that then he is the most indiscipline coach I have ever seen.”
